Although this looks like a play on the company name it’s not.

It actually stands for Castle to Coast to Castle which is a 100 mile charity cycle ride across Lincolnshire from Lincoln Castle to the sea and back again.

Despite the distance and all of the other reasons that scream at most people not to do this Tony (Hession) has taken up the challenge and, tomorrow morning (07/07/16) will be lining up to become one of around 1300 others who have taken part in this event over the past 5 years. Of these there are over 850 who, before starting the event, had never completed the 100 mile distance previously.

This is all arranged as a fun way to complete the 100 mile barrier and by doing so raising money for charity. Collectively over the 5 years they have raised in excess of £44K in doing so which is a fantastic achievement.

In 2016 the chosen charities are MS Society, St Barnabas Hospice and Cyclists Fighting Cancer. More information on these charities can be found by using the following link

Whilst Tony is not picking up emails whilst on this trip – bad admin if you ask me – I am sure that he will be very grateful to read the messages of encouragement when he gets back in the office on Friday, although I am not sure he will be sitting down to read them….
